The Birth
Our History
is a brand new event unlike none other in Central Texas. Held in Greater Killeen, this one day extravaganza will feature live music across various genres on two stages, a film festival with screenings of shorts, documentaries, and features, a youth performer mentor program, and a delicious food truck extravaganza. Our goal is to not only entertain the community but also stimulate the local economy by attracting visitors and promoting local businesses. A Portion of All Proceeds will go to creating scholarships for creative students.

Our Why
Our Why
Reel Rhythm was founded by the CEO of Space Create Interactive Studios, Toni Ringgold- Steele. With over 20 years of performance experience as a vocalist, actress, and musician, an advocate for the creative arts, and youth, a local business owner, and a believer in the power of unity and creativity, Toni recognized the need of more creative outlets and events in the Central Texas Area, that not only entertains but also STIMULATED the economy in Killeen. Working with countless creatives in the area, she knew it was time to create an event that not only showcased the local talent here, but attracted performers and visitors from all over.
Project: Spread a Lil Love is 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that was created in 2012 by Clarissa Trevino. We are a group of difference makers who are all about showing generosity and LOVE to the local Killeen community. Public events are created, and the community gathers together to take items to local nursing homes, homeless and domestic violence shelters, children's hospital and more!

By participating in the Reel Rhythm Festival in any purpose (whether volunteer, vendor, sponsor, participant, guest, etc) you grant the Reel Rhythm Festival permission to use your likeness in a photograph or video in all of its publications, including web site entries without payment or any other consideration. You understand and agree that any photographs or videos taken will become the property of Reel Rhythm and will not be returned.
You hereby irrevocably authorize the market to copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos and videos for the purpose of publicizing the Reel Rhythm Festival or any other lawful purpose. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of either photos or videos.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY/HOLD HARMLESS
I and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees, do hereby release and forever discharge the Reel Rhythm Festival, its employees, officers, volunteers, agents and sponsors from any and all claims, damages of every type, cause of action, costs attorney fees, and interest which now exists or hereafter, arising out of or related to acts or omissions of myself or the Reel Rhythm Festival or any of its employees, officers, volunteers, agents or sponsors during my participation as a vendor. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event. I have read and fully understand the content and meaning of this statement and execute it voluntarily. Vendor has read and agrees to the Rules & Regulations created and enforced by the Reel Rhythm Festival. Vendor agrees to share the Rules & Regulations with everyone involved at their booth.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final for tickets, for vendors, and food trucks, and performers, and film submissions. If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable measures will be made to reschedule the event, or partial refunds will be rendered.
